Role Overview
Our client is looking for Engineering Experts to train AI in interpreting and solving complex technical problems.
As a domain expert, your work will include:
- Crafting rigorous, challenging technical prompts in Electrical Engineering.
- Evaluating AI-generated responses for engineering accuracy and adherence to high technical standards.
- Refining AI’s ability to logically reason through real-world engineering challenges—on a fully remote, flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and verify the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models.
- Write expert-level answers for Electrical Engineering prompts and refine technical reasoning.
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses based on accuracy, clarity, and technical rigour.
- Review and correct chains of thought developed by AI models for outright errors, logic gaps, or misinterpretations.
- Provide detailed written feedback on reasoning methods, assumptions, and conclusions.
- Collaborate with the expert community to establish and uphold quality benchmarks.

Required Skills
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex engineering concepts in clear, precise, and concise written English.
- Strong analytical reasoning and a ruthless attention to technical detail—no approximation in problem-solving.
- Experience working independently and adaptability in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering (or closely related disciplines, including Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Materials Science, Biomedical, Nuclear, or Engineering Physics).
- Experience: Proven expertise as a practicing engineer, researcher, or similar role demonstrating excellence in highly technical fields.

Compensation
- Rate: $150 USD/hour
- Payments: Weekly via supported platforms (e.g., PayPal or AirTM).
