We're looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Philanthropy Assistant to join the Development & Philanthropy team at a world-renowned arts organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administration skills, a genuine interest in the arts, and a desire to gain experience within fundraising and supporter engagement. Ideally, you'll be available throughout the summer.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Development & Philanthropy team
- Supporting the delivery of the Patrons membership scheme, including sending welcome and renewal communications
- Managing and maintaining supporter records
- Reviewing and updating database information with exceptional attention to detail
- Responding to supporter enquiries via email, phone and post
- Assisting with ticket requests and sales for Patrons
- Coordinating team activities
- Helping ensure the smooth running of the department

Requirements:
- Available to start immediately
- Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using databases and quick to learn new systems
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong data accuracy skills
- A friendly and professional communicator
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines
- Passionate about the arts, culture or charity sector
- A recent graduate or someone looking to build experience within fundraising or membership
