The role
We’re looking for a bank Phlebotomist to join our OPD team at Woodlands Hospital. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual. Our Outpatient department is busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

Where you’ll be based
Woodland Hospital is one of Northamptonshire's leading private hospitals located in Kettering. Woodland Hospital has 28 single rooms, all with en suite facilities, 10 short stay beds and a surgical extended care unit. The fully equipped theatre suite with ultra clean air technology is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements, including hip resurfacing and spinal surgery.
What you’ll bring with you
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer services skills
- Be a highly motivated individual
- Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
- Great communication skills
- Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
