We have a permanent Phlebotomy Technician opening at our London centre. This is a fully office-based role in London, White City, Scale Space. Starting salary: £27,500 per year plus benefits.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Phlebotomist to join our growing team at our Donor Centre Lab in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with a medical background who are eager to expand their knowledge and practical skills in a supportive team environment. The position involves close interaction with the donor community, providing hands-on experience and valuable exposure in a research sector.

The successful candidate will be involved in donor consenting, screening, and blood and biomaterial collections intended for use in biological research and therapies.
You will be passionate about driving scientific and healthcare advancements forwards by bringing curiosity, focus, and collaboration to the team.
Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
- Qualification in Medical or associated degree or relevant professional experience
- Qualified Phlebotomist
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Ability to work in a front-line, high-pressure, reactive environment
- Good level of spoken/written English and mental/practical arithmetic
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, management, and suppliers
