As a Phorum Engagement Manager within our Technology Strategy Phorum, you'll work with senior leaders from the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies, helping them unlock greater value from collaboration while influencing the technologies and strategies that will define the future of manufacturing.

Role Overview
As the trusted relationship owner for a portfolio of member organisations, you'll ensure every client gains maximum value from their BioPhorum membership while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and support continued growth.
You'll become a strategic partner to your clients—understanding their business priorities, connecting them with the right people and programmes, and helping translate collaboration into measurable organisational value.
Working closely with Global Change Facilitators, Commercial colleagues and Phorum leadership, you'll:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans that maximise member engagement, retention and growth
- Help members identify and communicate the tangible value generated through collaboration
- Support membership renewals, commercial conversations and cross-Phorum opportunities
- Capture client feedback and influence the future direction of the Technology Strategy programme
- Facilitate leadership meetings, member events and strategic discussions
- Monitor account health, identify opportunities and proactively manage risk
- Create compelling member communications, value reports and engagement materials

Key Requirements
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, naturally collaborative and passionate about helping clients succeed.
You'll likely bring:
- A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience managing strategic client relationships in a commercial or account management role
- A track record of delivering value, driving engagement and supporting revenue growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution and attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior leaders across complex global organisations
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where collaboration is at the heart of success
