About the Photo & AV Studio Team
The Photo & AV Studio team combines photography and video production expertise with global communication strategy. Based within marketing, they specialise in crafting photo and video assets that reinforce, elevate, and support Netflix content campaigns—including series, films, and documentaries. Our goal is to produce compelling content that drives engagement across all channels and platforms, sparking conversation about our shows.
About the Role
We’re seeking a senior creative storyteller with deep photography and AV experience to join our London office. This role requires strong multitasking skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Social, Marketing, Publicity, Product, and more to deliver high-impact photography and video for our productions.

Responsibilities
- Produce custom visual content (photography & AV) from concept to delivery, managing all stages of production
- Develop and execute UK-based strategies for capturing, producing, and utilising creative assets to support brand campaigns throughout a title’s lifecycle
- Oversee photography and AV development for a slate of projects, including series, films, and documentaries
- Lead communications with:
- Internal partners (Marketing, Social, Publicity)
- External partners (showrunners, filmmakers, talent, and their representatives)
- Recruit and manage unit photographers and AV crews, including script approvals, scheduling, and production coordination
- Coordinate external vendors (stylists, hair and makeup teams, etc.)
- Handle contract negotiations and permissions for partner assets
- Support asset management and resource distribution
- Monitor and manage project budgets
Requirements & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in visual asset production, photography, video, marketing, publicity, or entertainment
- Ability to multitask effectively, balance multiple projects, and communicate clearly—both written and verbally—with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong creative vision with expertise in visual storytelling and audience-driven communication strategies
- Independent, strategic problem-solving with detail-oriented accuracy
- Familiarity working with TV and film productions, including collaboration with talent and filmmakers
- Understanding of copyright laws, usage licenses, and embargoes
- Network within the photography and video industries with hands-on experience
- Knowledge of asset management systems and digital asset formats
- Adobe Suite proficiency (Photoshop/After Effects experience is a plus, but not essential)
