Photo Video Manager
Position Summary
The Photo Video Manager is responsible for leading the onboard Photo Teams in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key revenue and performance targets.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a passion for photography, strong management skills, and a commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction. As Photo Video Manager, they play a key role in delivering memorable experiences to guests while leading a dedicated team to success.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in team building and problem-solving within a customer service-driven environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing international teams and successfully achieving revenue targets within a cruise line setting.
- In-depth knowledge of cruise industry photography operations, products, and services.
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ prior experience in the cruise ship industry, specifically in a Photo Manager role or an equivalent capacity.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, with a high level of fluency.
Contract Details
- 6/2 rotation: continual rotations of 6 months onboard followed by 2 months of vacation.
- Single cabin with private bathroom facilities.
