What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery across our extensive portfolio of sports, including football, cricket, hockey, golf, gym equipment, clothing, and more. Ensure products are represented accurately while highlighting key features, textures, and unique selling points
  • Maintain brand consistency across all photography through lighting, composition, styling, and creative direction.
  • Photograph our elite brand partners during live training sessions, events, and directed photoshoots, creating dynamic, engaging content that showcases our products in action
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to develop and execute photography concepts that support brand and campaign objectives
  • Edit and retouch imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud software, ensuring assets are optimised for e-commerce, marketing, and social channels
  • Utilise AI-powered editing and image-generation tools to enhance workflows, create visual assets, and support innovative content creation
  • Organise and deliver studio-based product shoots, capturing imagery and assets suitable for both traditional editing and AI-assisted content production
  • Work closely with our in-house editing team, communicating creative vision and ensuring final imagery meets campaign objectives and brand standards
  • Manage photography equipment across studio and location shoots, ensuring all equipment is maintained, organised, and ready for use
  • Plan and deliver lifestyle photoshoots with elite athletes, brand partners, models, and influencers. Coordinate locations, props, equipment, schedules, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered creatively and on time
  • Support the wider visual content team by contributing to both photography and post-production projects as required

What You'll Bring

  • A strong photography portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, product, lifestyle, or sports photography projects (e-commerce experience is advantageous)
  • Experience using DSLR and/or mirrorless camera systems in both studio and location environments
  • Strong image editing and retouching skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, and other relevant software
  • Desirable: Experience using AI-powered image editing, compositing, or image-generation tools within a commercial content environment
  • A strong understanding of product photography and the ability to accurately capture product features, details, textures, and benefits
  • Knowledge of studio lighting techniques and the ability to adapt lighting setups to different products and environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shoots and editing projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and creative workflows
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced creative team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively translate creative concepts from shoot through to final edit
  • Flexibility to travel, drive company vehicles, and work occasional evenings or weekends when required
  • The ability to adapt creatively across multiple sports and product categories, from football and gym equipment to apparel and lifestyle campaigns
