About The Role
Love fashion, thrive on organisation and enjoy bringing creative projects to life? As our Photography Production Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring our eCommerce photography runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Working at the heart of our Marketing and Creative teams, you'll coordinate the production of all eCommerce photography, manage the flow of samples through the studio, and keep multiple stakeholders updated every step of the way. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of our eCommerce photography studio, ensuring every product is photographed to the highest standard and aligned with our brand guidelines.
You'll work closely with Buying, Merchandising, UX, Trading and Product teams to make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time, helping to create the best possible online shopping experience for our customers.

- Coordinate and track product samples from arrival through to photography and return.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce photography studio.
- Ensure imagery meets brand standards and photography style guides.
- Support creative photography productions and new photography initiatives.
- Attend model castings and support creative direction where required.
- Monitor photography output, reporting on progress and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure photography deadlines are achieved.
- Help drive innovation and continuous improvement across our photography processes.

About You
You'll be an exceptionally organised coordinator who loves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You naturally build strong relationships, enjoy juggling multiple priorities and have an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
You'll ideally have experience within a fashion retail, creative production or eCommerce environment and understand what it takes to deliver high-quality content at pace. Whether you've worked in photography production, sample management, merchandising or a similar operational role, you'll bring the confidence to manage competing deadlines while collaborating with a wide range of teams.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience in photography production, sample management, merchandising or a similar retail or creative production environment.
- Experience working within a fast-paced fashion retail business.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, along with experience using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding solutions.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
- A genuine interest in fashion, photography, design and contemporary culture.
- Enthusiasm for the Matalan brand and a desire to help shape an outstanding online customer experience.
