The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design and produce teaching materials and resources suitable for students' age and ability.
- Plan, deliver and review lessons aligned to pupils' age and ability, ensuring progress.
- Assess, record and report on pupils’ development, achievement, and attainment.
- Manage classrooms and equipment to create a positive, resource-efficient learning environment.
- Attend meetings and perform administrative tasks/duties as required.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ability to teach up to GCSE level.
- Proven experience in delivering sustained outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Strong skills in innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and advance learners.
