Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must hold a current License as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (preferred)
  • May hold a Temporary Practice Permit as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, with a license requirement within 3 months of hire
  • Must successfully complete FIMS (Facilitated Instruction in Manual Sensitivity) within 6 months of hire
  • Must have Healthcare Provider CPR Certification within 1 year of hire
