Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Physical Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a virtual environment. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation programs for a range of musculoskeletal and mobility conditions.

  • Conducting remote evaluations
  • Providing ongoing therapy sessions
  • Monitoring progress
  • Adjusting care plans based on patient response and evidence-based practice

The role also involves:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Educating patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home-based care routines
  • Documenting clinical notes in digital systems

The therapist will use MantraCare’s AI-informed tools to enhance clinical decision-making and support efficient, outcome-driven care.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
  • Candidates should possess solid Patient Care and Home Care skills, with the ability to deliver empathetic, safe, and effective therapy in a remote setting.
  • Candidates should possess relevant Medicine-related knowledge to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary care teams and understand comorbid conditions.
  • Licensed or registered Physical Therapist (or equivalent credential) in applicable jurisdiction; prior telehealth or remote care experience is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and digital documentation skills, comfort with using healthcare technology platforms, and the ability to work independently and responsibly from a remote location.
  • Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation; additional expertise in chronic pain or post-surgical rehab is an advantage.
