$76,000 - $102,000 (depending upon exp) + PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k), CEU Reimbursement & Specialty Training

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This position offers a unique blend of approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care, providing a diverse caseload and the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of physical therapy.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients
- Help patients improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall function
- Utilize advanced clinical tools, including vestibular goggles, overhead safety support systems, and Normatec Recovery technology
- Educate patients and families to support long-term success and independence
- Complete documentation using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools designed to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in community wellness and fall-prevention initiatives

Qualifications
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passion for helping patients improve mobility, balance, and quality of life
