About the Role
Community Health Network (CHN), a leading not-for-profit, multi-specialty healthcare system in central Indiana, is seeking a Board-Eligible (BE) or Board-Certified (BC) Anesthesiologist to join their employed physician group in Indianapolis.

Requirements
Licensure & Certification
- Board-Eligible (BE) or Board-Certified (BC) in Anesthesiology
- Must be eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
