Responsibilities
Participate in:
- Evaluating AI quantitative outputs, ensuring statistical and predictive rigour, revealing ethical and practical applications.
- Designing and resolving quantitative challenges for training and benchmarking AI systems across:
- Forecasting models.
- Experimental hypothesis validation.
- Optimization techniques.
- Statistical inference methodologies.
- Documentation: Authoring techniques, analytical processes, and high-quality exploratory code.
- Guiding AI progress: Providing feedback to advance quantitative AI reasoning capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience within quantitative work or research domains (e.g., data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research).
- Technical fluency: Comfortable coding full analytical pipelines.
- Methods expertise: Practical experience in statistical evaluation, predictive modelling, and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing, hypothesis validation via regression or classification, time-series forecasting).
- English proficiency: Native or near-native conversational writing capabilities preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)—postgraduate/international credentials carry higher weight.
