Physics Masters – AI Training Expert
About The Role
We're looking for physics Masters graduates and students to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your advanced problem-solving skills will directly shape how AI reasons through complex physics—from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level challenges.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role, working alongside leading AI research labs. No prior AI experience is needed—just a strong command of physics and a sharp analytical mind.

What You’ll Do
- Design rigorous physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate strong logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps improve AI model performance

Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving ability across multiple advanced physics domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating technical content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or curriculum development experience in physics
