Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist
About the Role
We’re looking for Physics Masters graduates and students to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems—from classical mechanics to advanced electromagnetism. This is your chance to work at the frontier of AI development, fully remote, on your own schedule.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Design challenging, rigorous physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and more to test AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically structured reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced physics domains
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor
- No prior AI experience required—your physics knowledge is what matters
