Physics Masters

Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for physics experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physical principles will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems—contributing to some of the most advanced AI research happening today.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role, designed for Masters-level physicists who want to apply their expertise in a high-impact, forward-looking way.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and more to rigorously test AI reasoning
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound and well-structured explanations
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and depth
  • Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
