Are You An Outstanding Physiotherapist with a Passion for Helping Active Older People Stay Mobile, Independent & Pain‑Free?
Do you want to be part of a place where you'll grow as a clinician and be rewarded for your hard work? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
About HT Physio
HT Physio is a premium private physiotherapy clinic in Farnham, Surrey, founded by Will Harlow – Sunday Times bestselling author and one of the most-followed physiotherapists in the world, with over 1.7 million YouTube subscribers.
We specialise in helping active older adults regain mobility, avoid unnecessary surgery, and maintain their independence for the long term. That specialism underpins everything: our clinical methodology, our communication approach, our patient relationships, and the reputation we've built with a global audience.
We have:
- A consistently full caseload and waiting list
- 900+ 5‑star reviews and a strong national profile
- A small, high‑performing team that genuinely cares about outcomes
The Role
A patient‑facing MSK role with longer appointments, engaged patients, and a clear clinical framework. If you are moving from the NHS or an environment where you feel rushed, this is a chance to do your best work with the time, support, and standards to match.
You will:
- Assess and treat mainly older active adults with back, knee, hip, and shoulder problems
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and guide patients through structured plans of care
- Communicate clearly so patients understand their diagnosis, their plan, and what success looks like
- Work within a proven clinical process, supported by formal induction, weekly in‑house training, and 1:1 mentorship from our clinical lead
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes to HCPC standards

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Will is directly involved in the training and development of the clinical team. The methodology refined through years of treating thousands of patients – and communicating it to a global audience – is what you will learn, practise, and be coached on from your first week. This is structured, ongoing, and genuinely invested.
This is not a role where you clock in, see patients, and clock out. If you want to be better at your craft, work alongside people who care about the same things, and be part of something that has a broader reach and purpose than a standard clinic – this is where you do that.
