Exciting Opportunity for a Physiotherapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join our friendly, skilled team in North Perthshire Locality, based at Pitlochry Community Hospital.
Role Overview
This role offers a varied caseload primarily within the Pitlochry area, with cross cover across the wider North locality as required. The role requires experience in physical rehabilitation, strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work confidently both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will be part of a forward-thinking, integrated service committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation, while supporting service development. The team delivers care across a range of clinical areas on a needs-led, priority basis, supporting admission avoidance, a “home first” approach, and enhanced care delivery within community hospitals and patients’ homes.

Essential Experience
- Experience across inpatient care, domiciliary visits, and neuro/rehabilitation outpatient settings is essential.
- Previous experience supervising Healthcare Support Workers and students would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent, person-centred care and who values open, honest communication. In return you will be supported through supervision, appraisal, and CPD opportunities.

Pitlochry is the largest town in Highland Perthshire with the main train line connecting to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. With an extensive range of activities, schools, leisure facilities, shops, museums, galleries and music festivals, Perthshire provides the perfect location to experience the adventure of rural living.
