Job Opportunity: Physiotherapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join our small enthusiastic, skilled team based in the North locality of Perthshire, based out of Blairgowrie Community Hospital. The main caseload will be within the Blairgowrie area, with cross cover required across the whole of the North Locality.
Requirements
- Relevant experience working as a Physiotherapist within physical rehabilitation
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Positive approach to multidisciplinary team working
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in in-patient settings, domiciliary visits, and neuro/rehab outpatients
- Previous supervision of Health Care Support Workers and Students is advantageous
- Passion for providing excellent person-centred treatment and care
- Value honest and open communication

Responsibilities
- Promote the Physiotherapy contribution, providing high quality assessment and rehabilitation
- Support the development of the service
- Involved in prevention of admission, supporting a home first approach
- Delivering an enhanced level of care at home
Support
- Fully supported by senior staff
- Supervision, appraisal, and regular CPD opportunities
