As a Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital, you’ll combine clinical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications & Registration:
- BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) required
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent manual therapy skills
- Commitment to professional development and learning
- Strong clinical judgment and analytical abilities
- Confident communication skills with ability to engage diversely with patients
- Patient-centred and empathetic approach with a focus on recovery and rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Work across Inpatients and Outpatients, addressing:
- A range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Post-operative cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), and consultants, backed by a regional Clinical Lead
- Support patients to:
- Achieve, maintain, and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
- Receive safe, effective, and compassionate clinical care tailored to their needs
- Ensure governance compliance, participation in clinical audit, and adherence to quality assurance processes
- Enjoy protected continuous professional development (CPD) time with access to Nuffield Health Academy programmes and events
