Physiotherapist – Beaumont Hospital, Bolton (30 Hours, Permanent)
About the Role
Join Beaumont Hospital—part of Circle Health, Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—as a Physiotherapist in our Physiotherapy department. This part-time, permanent role (30 hours/week) requires flexibility in shifts.
We perform more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the UK, and our team delivers specialist care across diverse medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions, dependent on setting.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Apply therapeutic techniques, including:
- Exercise programmes
- Manual therapy
- Patient education
- Rehabilitation strategies
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning.
- Refer patients to supplementary services (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
- Manage a high-efficiency caseload, adapting flexibly between inpatient and outpatient settings as required.

Requirements
Essential:
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Proficiency in clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills for varied caseloads
Salary & Benefits
Salient package:
- Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE per year (dependent on experience, training, and qualification)
