Physiotherapist Community Rotation

Full Time Rotational Physiotherapist – Community Therapy Team

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time rotational Physiotherapist to join our Community Therapy Team, based in Guildford and Waverley. The rotations include:

  • MSK out-patients
  • In-patients (focus on frailty with some sub-acute ortho-geriatrics)
  • Community Therapy Teams, providing both urgent and general rehabilitation for patients, including those with neurological impairments

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a collaborative team comprising Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, PTAs, and Community Rehabilitation Assistants. The role requires:

  • Working across a wide variety of complex cases, including long-term conditions and frailty, often with at-risk and recently discharged patients who may be vulnerable to hospital admission.
  • Providing assessment, treatment, and advice to assigned patients as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Promoting autonomy, innovation, and service improvement within the team.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the Community service rotation programme.
  • Using vital IT applications to manage caseloads and documentation effectively.
  • Traveling independently to multiple sites and patients’ homes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
