Job Specification: Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist
Position Title: Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist
Location: Your Primary location will be Twyford (RG10) with scope to build into London and surrounding areas.
Reporting To: Founder and Director
Role Overview:
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy and sports massage services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and improving physical function. The role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including reviewing medical history, performing physical examinations, and utilising diagnostic evaluations. Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop individualised treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Treatment Implementation: Deliver a range of physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gym rehabilitation and other modalities aimed at enhancing recovery and physical function.
- Patient Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective patient outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and progress - SOAP notes.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Engage in effective communication with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
Compliance and Professionalism:
- Adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and organisational policies, including health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest practices in physiotherapy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid professional registration with HCPC & CSP.
- Proven experience in delivering physiotherapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel: This role requires occasional travel to patient locations across Twyford (RG10) and surrounding areas.
