Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Physiotherapist | Rehabilitation & Movement Expert at MantraCare. In this role, you will assess clients’ musculoskeletal conditions, design personalized rehabilitation programs, and guide clients through therapeutic exercises via virtual consultations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align physical therapy plans with broader chronic care and wellness programs.

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Monitoring progress
- Educating clients on injury prevention and ergonomics
- Adapting treatment plans based on AI-generated insights and client feedback
- Contributing to evidence-based protocols
- Participating in digital health initiatives that enhance remote MSK care delivery
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for MSK and rehabilitation cases.
- Strong skills in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and movement analysis.
- Ability to deliver care via telehealth platforms, including clear virtual communication and remote patient engagement.
- Comfort working with digital tools and AI-supported workflows, with openness to data-driven, evidence-based practice.
- Excellent client education skills, including guidance on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and self-management.
- Relevant professional degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy and appropriate licensure or registration, as required by jurisdiction.
- Experience in chronic care, sports rehabilitation, occupational health, or workplace wellness programs is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, global team environment.
