Company Description

PhysiopointUK provides compassionate physiotherapy services to communities in Solihull and Birmingham, combining extensive NHS and private sector experience across specialist areas. All team members are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), ensuring high standards of clinical practice. The clinic offers flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to help patients access care as soon as possible. PhysiopointUK is committed to earning “a million hearts, not a million pounds,” offering a satisfaction guarantee with a refund policy for eligible self-funded patients and actively seeking feedback to continually improve. Patients can book appointments easily through an online system or by phone for urgent or assisted scheduling.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote Physiotherapist role. The Physiotherapist will provide virtual assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up sessions for clients, using secure online platforms and telephone consultations. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Professional registration with HCPC and membership of CSP (or eligibility), with recognized degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation planning, and delivery of exercise-based treatments.
  • Ability to conduct remote consultations using video platforms and telephone, with strong digital literacy and accurate documentation skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive approach.
  • Experience in NHS and/or private practice settings is highly beneficial; experience in telehealth or virtual care is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of evidence-based practice, clinical governance, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to manage a part-time caseload independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in a remote work environment.
