We are looking for an ambitious Physiotherapy Manager to join our hospital in Birmingham, ensuring delivery of high-quality clinical care through planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment. What you'll be doing

This is a key role leading the Physiotherapy team where you will provide leadership, development, motivation and supervision of all members of the physiotherapy team as well as providing clinical care for patients. You will be working as part of a multiskilled leadership team ensuring CQC compliance work with the Head of Nursing and other heads of department to ensure safety and required care of patients.

What we'll look for in you

You Will Be An Experienced HCPC Registered Physiotherapist With Recent Experience In The Field Of MSK Disorders. It Would Be Advantageous If You Have a Postgraduate Qualification In The Management Of Musculoskeletal Disorders And Are a Member Of CSP. In Addition, You Will Need

Previous experience in an acute hospital environment especially with orthopaedics Ability to motivate others, previous leadership experience beneficial Comfortable working independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team Ability to plan and prioritise own workload when under pressure Intermediate life support skills Safe manual handling skills
