Personal Injury Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £50,000+ (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an expanding Personal Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a respected Cornish law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. REF:4655


The Role:

  • The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claimant personal injury matters, including complex and high-value cases involving serious injuries.
  • Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to build on your expertise while making a real difference to the lives of injured clients.
  • You will take responsibility for your own caseload, providing clear, practical advice and guiding clients through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
  • Managing claimant personal injury claims from initial enquiry through to settlement or trial.

Skills Required:

  • Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
  • Have the confidence to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Be an effective communicator with a compassionate and client-focused approach.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to work independently.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving positive client outcomes.
