CONTEMPORARY PIANO TEACHER REQUIRED - 17.07.2026 - OPEN APPLY NOW
TMB are looking to recruit a CONTEMPORARY PIANO teacher to work at our Bicester and/or Stratford-upon-Avon Studios. We need the right person(s) in place asap.
The Musical Box is a well established music school with teaching studios in both Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. TMB teaches contemporary music lessons in Singing, drums, guitar, bass guitar, piano and ukulele. All lessons are 1 to 1.
We are currently looking for a PIANO teacher who could teach both in local schools during the day and at either of our studios. Hours are already in place but can be built further if that is what is wanted. Work is already waiting.

Requirements:
- All applicants need an Enhanced DBS and TMB will arrange for this check to be done with the applicant's permission.
- Transport is essential to get from place to place. Our studios are quite rural.
Key attributes:
- Passionate about teaching and music with an ability to make all lessons fun whilst making progress.
- Good communication skills both with students and with the TMB management team.
- An upbeat personality and ability to inspire a passion for music.
- Highly skilled musician.

The successful applicant needs to be an expert musician who is friendly, confident, honest and committed. An ability to make all lessons fun and inspiring is also required, as we at TMB believe that learning music should be fun. Teaching of grades is required.
