Customer Service & Delivery Executive
About the Role
You will ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a variety of areas within the store. No two days will be the same—whether you’re:
- Restocking shelves
- Serving customers at the tills
- Managing stock levels and quality
- Handling deliveries
- Everything you do matters, ensuring customers receive the right products quickly and efficiently
This role is for someone with a can-do attitude, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
- Ensure accurate picking of goods using handheld terminals
- Report discrepancies to the Manager

Pre-Delivery Checks
- Verify quality and shelf life of products
- Ensure packaging is secure for safe transportation

Customer Service & Deliveries
- Process deliveries efficiently and to target
- Maintain politeness and professionalism when dealing with delivery staff
- Address queries or complaints, escalating complex situations to the relevant team
What You’ll Need
- A motivational, solution-focused attitude with a drive to meet designated pick rates
- Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Reliability—being punctual, attentive to presentation, and ready to work
