Piercer

Piercing Specialist at Missoma (Carnaby Street Store)

At Missoma, we believe jewellery is more than just an accessory. Founded in 2007 by Marisa Hordern, we’ve grown into a globally recognised brand known for our demi-fine and solid gold pieces, all designed in-house at our London studio and crafted with care.

Now, we’re looking for a Piercing Specialist to join our Carnaby Street Store.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Missoma, we live by three core values:

  • Authentic – We value honesty, open feedback, and conscious sustainability. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about people and the planet.
  • Collaborative – Every voice matters. We foster inclusivity, creativity, and fun, working together to innovate and grow.
  • Entrepreneurial – We think big and act boldly. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, take initiative, and make a real impact.

Your Role as a Piercing Specialist

You’ll be at the heart of our piercing experience — guiding customers through their journey with confidence, care, and style. You’ll also support the shop floor team, bringing the Missoma experience to life at every touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
