Job Title: Piercer
Hours: Part time; 16 hours
Location: South Molton Street Boutique
Reporting To: Boutique Manager

We are looking for a Piercer to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.
Where we need your help
Since 2021 we have had a piercing service in our stores. Your skill, experience and knowledge will help us deliver an unparalleled service to our customers in a fun, accessible, luxury environment. You will provide piercings to a high standard in our London boutique network.

What you’ll do
- Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces
- Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
- Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience
- Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers
- Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
- Consult and guide our Retail Operations team on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK
- Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing
What you’ll bring
- A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do
- An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment
- Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website)
- Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in the UK
- A clean, professional and service oriented approach, with exceptional hygiene at the forefront of your service
- Must be licensed to work in London
- A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business

- Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
Travel Requirements
- Flexibility to travel to our other Boutiques and Concessions will be required as you will not be fixed in one location
