We seek a Piercer to join us in shaping the future of modern jewellery.
Background & Development
- In 2021, we introduced Piercing services to our stores
- All studios in 2024 underwent refurbishments, creating an elevated and comfortable environment for both staff and customers

Your contribution:
- Deliver high-standard piercings in our Leeds Boutique
- Maintain luxury service standards and customer-centred care
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience:
- Provide warm, welcoming service, ensuring customers feel relaxed in our piercings spaces
- Offer confident styling and advice for piercings and jewellery, using our exclusive products
- Safety & Hygiene:
- Execute piercings with excellent cleanliness and best practice compliance
- Prioritise customer safety and well-being
- Support the aftercare process, resolving concerns with confidence
- Team Collaboration:
- Consult with Retail Operations on safety, legal, and technical measures in the UK
- Guide Sales Associates and other team members on piercing standards and techniques
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Customer-focused mindset: Prioritise customers in all actions
- Luxury service experience: Advocate for a refined, high-end service environment
- Portfolio required: Up-to-date examples of your piercing work (via Instagram, Facebook, or website)
- Demonstrated expertise: Knowledge of UK piercing standards and regulations
- Hygiene professionalism: Attention to cleanliness, safety, and tidy workflows
- Licenses:
- Licensed to work in Leeds
- Documentation of UK work authorisation
- Mentoring mindset: Enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues and supporting other business areas
- Flexibility for travel: Willingness to relocate among multiple Boutiques and concessions
