We're looking for an ambitious retail leader to join us as our Piercing Specialist, taking ownership of one of our most exciting growth categories.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond store management and play a key role in shaping the future of our piercing business across the Company. Working closely with stores, field teams and Head Office functions, you'll drive commercial performance, elevate the customer experience, identify new opportunities, and help establish us as the go-to destination for ear piercing on the high street.

Success in this role is built on strong commercial leadership, a passion for developing people, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while growing the category.

What will you do as a Piercing Specialist?

  • Own piercing performance across all stores
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales
  • Define and maintain best in class piercing standards
  • Ensure consistency in customer experience across all locations
  • Support stores in delivering a confident, safe and engaging service
  • Regular store visits to review and drive performance
  • Own all piercing related administration (Licensing compliance) and training certificates
  • Trial new ideas
  • Measure success and scale effective initiatives

What you will need to succeed as a Piercing Specialist?

  • Commercial thinker – understands how to drive sales and KPIs in this category
  • Comfortable with data, reporting but using this data to drive insights and actions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive – brings ideas and solutions
  • Confident working with store teams, field teams and head office functions with the ability to challenge constructively and gain buy in
  • Can coach and support to drive positive improvements
  • Hands on
  • Customer focused

Desirable:

  • Experience in multi-site retail
  • Experience in piercing, beauty or operational improvement in stores
