We’re supporting a specialist consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Pigment Solution Architect to support the delivery of finance transformation projects across its client base.

This is a hands-on technical and client-facing role for someone who can lead solution design, translate business requirements into scalable Pigment models, and help finance teams improve how they plan, forecast, report and make decisions.

You’ll work closely with senior finance and business stakeholders, taking ownership of technical solution design while supporting high-quality project delivery from discovery through to implementation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading hands-on technical solution design for Pigment implementations across finance transformation projects
  • Working with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions
  • Building and configuring Pigment models across planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting use cases
  • Advising clients on model design, governance, quality management and long-term scalability
  • Supporting delivery across requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment and optimisation
  • Partnering with consultants, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Providing technical leadership across Pigment solution architecture and implementation activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
