Job Description

Under mentorship from our Pilates Manager, develop a bespoke approach to programming, education, and business growth that empowers your clients and expands your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Programming
- Design safe, personalized, and effective Pilates programs for clients based on their fitness goals, aligning progress with motivation.
- Conduct complimentary initial assessments and goal-setting sessions to identify tailored Pilates solutions.
- Instruct classes across private, duet, and semi-private sessions, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
Business Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to strategically grow your client base from existing members.
- Manage client schedules and ensure consistent follow-up
- Meet administrative requirements for seamless client management.
Community & Support
- Foster an exceptional member experience through exceptional service across all departments.
- Ensure alignment with team goals to deliver cohesive Equinox brand experiences.
Professional Growth & Team Standards
- Stay updated through ongoing training and developmental workshops.
- Maintain studio standards, including hygiene.
Requirements
Certification & Qualities
- Test-out or completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program (covering: mat, reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze table, Wunda chair, high/¿ combo chair, and barrels).
- 400+ hours of Pilates education through a certifying body.
- Valid copies of Pilates certifications must be provided.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence (comprehensive experience preferred).

Physical & Attitude Fit
- Capable of standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, martial intuiting and/or moving clients safely.
- Embody a portable mindset, estimating team goals above individual ambitions.
