Join one of the UK’s most significant national infrastructure projects and play a key part in delivering the Marine Bulk Import Facility for Sizewell C. We’re looking for skilled Piling Operatives to support major marine construction works on a 463m jetty and associated deep foundation structures.

If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality work, thrive in a hands‑on environment, and want to be part of a project that will shape the UK’s energy future—this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Piling Operative, you’ll be essential to the safe and efficient installation of deep foundation piles used to build the MBIF. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting marine piling operations and specialist piling techniques
  • Preparing, maintaining, and clearing construction areas
  • Assisting plant teams and operatives under site supervision
  • Handling, moving, and loading/unloading materials and equipment
  • Excavation, compaction, backfilling, levelling and general groundworks
  • Shovelling, moving spoil, and supporting temporary works set‑up
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and high‑quality delivery across all tasks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
