What’s expected of you?
DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Pipeline Development Executive (Lead Generator) to join our growing team. Our Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities to our sales teams as well-scoped booked appointments. The successful candidate will be proactive and a clear communicator, comfortable in a telesales role.
- You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer’s needs, timelines, and buying triggers.
- Have a drive to continually build your understanding of markets, solutions, and use that knowledge to improve the quality of your conversations and qualification.
- Working closely with Marketing & Sales, using data, insight, and structured qualification to build pipeline.
- You’ll also represent DeterTech professionally in every interaction, managing conversations with credibility and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Effectively communicate and present the DeterTech solution and value proposition to customers
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Achieving sales lead generator and appointment quotas.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years’ experience within Lead Generation, Customer Service and or Marketing role.
- Proven track record achieving targets.
- Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
- Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite
