I'm currently working with a top international law firm is seeking an experienced Pitches & Pursuits Manager to join its highly regarded Marketing & Business Development team in London.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in major panel appointments, competitive tenders and strategic client pursuits on an international scale. Working across a sophisticated global business, you'll collaborate with partners, business development teams and subject matter experts to create compelling, client-focused proposals that drive growth and deliver results.

You'll take ownership of complex pitch and pursuit opportunities from initial qualification through to submission and presentation. This is a highly visible role where your ability to influence, challenge and guide stakeholders will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the development and delivery of strategic pitches, proposals and panel tenders.
- Creating persuasive, client-centric content tailored to each opportunity.
- Conducting market, client and competitor research to strengthen submissions.
- Coaching senior stakeholders for presentations, interviews and Q&A sessions.
- Collaborating with finance, pricing, compliance and legal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Driving continuous improvement across pitch processes, tools and best practice.
- Identifying future growth opportunities and helping shape pursuit strategies.

About You
You'll be an accomplished pitch or bids professional with experience within a professional services or legal
You'll Bring
- A proven track record of managing and delivering winning proposals and tenders.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills.
- The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
