Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at the Barbican Centre.
The Barbican Kitchen, located in the Barbican Estate, City of London, is an all-year café/restaurant open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. The restaurant serves freshly made pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and a selection of street food.

Rate: £14 – £15 per hour Shifts: 5 days a week, including weekends (daytime) Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
- Preparing pizzas
- Preparing sauce and toppings
- Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation
- General cleaning duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as a pizza chef within a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience in hand-stretched pizza making
