About Us
Rooftop Cinema Club started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and has expanded globally with 9 venues across the US and UK. We are looking to grow our presence in the US and UK with 15 + new rooftop venues projected over the next 3 years.
We are on a mission to change the way people experience open-air cinema. We transform nights at the movies with sunsets & starlit evenings, stunning views, friends, loved ones, awesome drink & food and great movies on the big screen. Our purpose is to create magical and memorable movie moments that change people’s lives for the better. We like to think of it as… Love, Peace and Great Film.

🔥 The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, fresh pizzas in a fast-paced, experience-driven environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a cinema + hospitality setting, where food is part of the show.
🍕 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage fresh pizza dough (mixing, fermenting, portioning)
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a high standard
- Operate stone-bake or wood-fired ovens
- Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation during peak service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (UK regulations)
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support kitchen team during busy service periods

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role
- Experience in high-volume service environments
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pizza techniques
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Right to work in the UK
