Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie
We’ve just obtained a beautifully furbished old-school American truck, fully equipped it with twin Gozney Dome S2's!
If you are obsessed with perfect crusts, fresh ingredients, and love the energy of outdoor, theater-style cooking, this is your canvas. Plus, you won't just be stuck in the truck — we’ll get you fully cross-trained in our main kitchen too, giving you the best of both worlds and a massive head start on your career.
We do things the right way, look after each other like family, and genuinely celebrate individuality. If you've got a passion for fresh food and a great attitude, you'll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the show out of our beautifully restored American food truck, slinging incredible pizzas from the twin Gozney Domes.
- Mastering the main kitchen, working alongside a talented team to prep and cook fresh, seasonal, and local dishes.
- Bringing ideas to the table — we love chefs who are curious, want to learn new techniques, and actually care about the produce they work with.
- Keeping the energy high in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
