Key Responsibilities

• Front of House:
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and process payments smoothly.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Kitchen Mastery:
  • Prepare pizzas and menu items to Papa John’s high standards.
  • Ancillary tasks: Dough prep, sauce simmering, assembly, cooking, slicing, boxing, and plating.
  • Work at alert speed while keeping all food to regulation safety.
• Team & Environment:
  • Maintain a clean, organised, safe kitchen – foryou, for guests, and for food safety.
  • Collaborate with your team to exceed service goals—meeting deadlines, handling busy periods with ease.
