Papa John's Team Member
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour (dependent on age)

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and friendly Team Members to join our Papa John’s team. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment, crafting delicious pizzas, working efficiently, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Every shift is an opportunity to shine and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests cheerfully, take orders, and process payments efficiently
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items to Papa John’s requirements
- Cook, slice, box, and serve pizzas with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe work environment (adhering to all food safety regulations)
- Collaborate with the team to meet service standards and ensure every guest leaves happy

Requirements
- Must be 18+ due to health and safety guidelines for operating hot kitchen equipment
- Experience in fast food, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not essential (training provided)
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to deliver excellent service daily
- Comfortable with food preparation, kitchen work, and high-pressure, fast-paced customer service
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in food handling and transactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
