Nanny

About the Role

A French family residing in Holland Park is seeking an experienced native French-speaking nanny for a rota position to care for their 16-month-old twins.

The start date is desired as soon as possible, although the family is willing to wait for the ideal candidate.

The family consists of two professionally active parents and their two little boys, 16-month-old twins.

Three children from a previous relationship are also present in the home every other week, but they have their own nanny and are not part of the rota nanny’s responsibilities. The nanny recruited will be responsible exclusively for the twins. She will be working in a staffed household and must demonstrate a strong team spirit and be able to collaborate harmoniously with the other household staff.

The nanny must have solid experience with very young children and be accustomed to caring for several children at the same time, ideally twins. Previous rota experience is required. She must be able to design and implement stimulating and age-appropriate educational activities, as well as organise games and outings both indoors and outdoors, with a preference for an approach inspired by Montessori principles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The candidate will also need to know how to adapt and evolve the children’s daily routine and schedule as they grow. Practical experience with key developmental milestones, including potty training and pacifier weaning, is expected.

The position is organised on a rota basis, with full responsibility for the twins during working periods, including overnight care. The nanny must also be available to accompany the family on international travel when required.

The family is looking for a flexible, positive, caring, and discreet personality, capable of integrating into a demanding family environment. Stability and longevity in previous positions are essential, as well as excellent professional references.
