Role Fit Interview (In Person - Exeter Office) A practical or scenario-based exercise relevant to the role, designed to understand how you approach real-world problems. Ways of Working Interview (In Person - Exeter Office) A broader conversation focused on ways of working, communication style, motivations, and alignment with Iridium’s culture and values.
