The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Placement Coordinator to join our Business Development Team. You will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality industry placement opportunities for students across T Levels, Work Experience, and Higher Education programmes. By collaborating with employers, curriculum teams, and students, you’ll ensure that placements are meaningful, compliant, and aligned with learning outcomes, helping students gain valuable real-world experience and succeed in their future careers.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with curriculum teams and employers to design placements with clear objectives, ensuring alignment with course requirements and positive student outcomes.
  • Prepare and support students for placement, including:
    • CV development
    • interview coordination
    • ensuring students understand employer expectations
  • Monitor, track, and maintain accurate records of placement activity, ensuring compliance with DfE, QAA, and internal quality standards, including student safety processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by:
    • Gathering feedback from employers and students
    • Working with Careers and programme teams to enhance placement experiences and expand opportunities.
