The Role
We’re hiring a Talent Matching & Delivery Associate to support our matchmaking and delivery function. This is a hands-on role focused on matching candidates to the right companies—balancing candidate strengths with company requirements and ensuring efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Match candidates to roles based on fit, potential, and motivation
- Review and understand candidate profiles in depth
- Translate company requirements into practical matching decisions
- Deliver curated shortlists with a strong focus on quality
- Manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support improvements in internal matching processes

What We’re Looking For
- C2-level English (native or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and execution skills
- Good judgment in assessing people and role fit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in startups, talent platforms, or HR environments
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
- Interest in early-career talent and hiring

Remuneration
£500 per month
