Litigation Solicitor – Personal Injury, Belfast, £Neg

Overview Pathway Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a busy and established Belfast City Centre law firm who are seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation who is looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and successful practice. The role will involve managing a varied caseload with a focus on industrial disease, clinical negligence and plaintiff personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to conclusion Handling industrial disease and clinical negligence claims Working on plaintiff accident at work cases Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for settlement or litigation Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE Experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on personal injury work Experience managing your own caseload Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
